Wedding Location
Our wedding will take place 11am 3 October 2008 in the Prague Botanical Gardens (in Troja). Here are a couple of map links: google maps; mapy.cz

Following that will be a lunch for our wedding guests.

Later that evening we'll be hosting a party at Na SlamnĂku in Prague 6. Plans are still congealing but there should be live music and fun for sure!

Transport
While we don't pretend to be travel agents the price of petrol doesn't seem likely to do much but go up in the foreseeable future. Best book your tickets early as possible.

Accomodations
We recommend that you book early in order to secure a place. Prague is quite a popular destination so be warned that if you wait too long you may wind up in a suboptimal locale.

Here are some places you might try: Sir Toby's, Miss Sophie's, homelidays.com, and last, but not least, have a go on prague.tv. If you get stuck without someplace to stay let us know and we'll do our best to find you a place to rest your bones.

Gift registration
We don't aim to be materialistic but at the same time we recognize that some of you will want to give us a wedding present. As we're both adults we bring to our marriage a full assortment of housewares. We've thought long and hard about what we might need for our new household but haven't come up with much.

That said, we have registered for a few things at Amazon and REI. We're quite fond of wine, cheese, coffee, chocolate, and such things so there's a potential angle. We aim to take a diving honeymoon sometime in 2009 so you could also make a donation to the "30 meter deep kissing fund".

If all that is too materialistic for you then why don't you make a donation in our name to the new ICCF Kibale Children's Clinic in Uganda?

Stateside Reception
This site will be updated as we formulate our plans for the reception we plan to hold in Atlanta sometime in 2009. For more information as it becomes available please subscribe to the Stateside reception mailing list.
